Mondays – 4^th, 11^th

10am to 11.30am Yoga & Nidra = £19

and 2pm to 3pm Gentle Yoga = £16

 

Tuesdays – 5^th, 12^th

6.30pm to 7.30pm = £16

 

Wednesdays – 6^th, 13^th

7.15pm to 8.15pm = £16

 

Thursdays – 7^th, 14^th

10am to 11am = £16

and Yoga and Nidra 6.45pm to 8.15pm = £19
