All sessions will be for one hour, and include a yoga nidra or other meditation practice
Monday 29th April – 2pm to 3pm
Wednesday 8th May – 7.15pm to 8.15pm
Thursday 9th May – 10am to 11am
Monday 13th May – 10am to 11am
Tuesday 14th May – 6.30pm to 7.30pm
Wednesday 22nd May 9.15am to 10.15am
Thursday 23rd May 6.45pm to 7.45pm
The sessions will be suitable for all and will be £8 each.
