Keeping you in the frame…
Patience…..I’m learning
Everything is coming together……Yes, I believe it is
Whatever you are waiting for is on its way to you….I’m open to receive, are you?
How are you? I trust January and moving into February has been kind to you. It was so lovely to see so many of you on the 21st January, I felt deep gratitude and greatly restored by your loveliness.
As the weeks have passed by for me, I am very happy to say, I am healing. I’ve been very fortunate to have loving care around me and I have offered myself the nurturing that I know my bones have needed.
I have had my 6 week check and I am now able to weight bear in a boot! Its interesting, after 45 days of non-weight bearing to find within me courage, trust and confidence to kiss the ground with my left foot once more. My scars seem to have quietened and are a gentle reminder of the new me that will begin to emerge and flourish over the next few months, just like the snowdrops appearing bravely from the security of Mother Earth’s protective blanket…..I look forward to bringing you along with me and watching you flourish with your practice once more.
I am awaiting appointments for physiotherapy, and once I have these in my diary I will be able to confirm some yoga session dates….Yay!!!
I’m so ready to be with you all again.

Thank you so much to those of you who came along on the 12th January for a photo shoot….I hear it was a success and fun! We will be planning the next photo session soon and, if possible, we look forward to more of you being available to come along.
We will be sending letters out over the next week or so, asking for Sponsorship, and if any of you know of Companies who may like to be involved with this wonderful project, please come back to me.
Keep Watching your emails….as I will be in touch soon with Meditation and Yoga dates.
“Courage doesn’t always roar. Sometimes courage is the little voice at the end of the day that says, I’ll give it another go tomorrow”
Be blessed and keep shining your beautiful lights…..
