My training in mindfulness meditation was with Zen Master, Julian Daizan Skinner at Zenways. My course is taught with an inclusive, caring and supportive attitude, and aims to encourage all students to find their way into mindfulness and meditation with discernment and clarity.
The use of secluded gardens are available for just “being”, walking and the sitting practice of your meditation.
Groups a maximum of 12 to enable a very supportive personal practice to develop.
