We offer an 8 week course, which gives you a strong foundational practice and helps to keep stress levels low and promotes wellness. Â This course gives you an opportunity to explore four different meditations, to learn about mindfulness and how to use this every day. Sharing in a small group, or indeed if you prefer to work on a one to one basis, that can be arranged too.
