Live Life in Balance: Sharing the Secrets of Chinese Medicine

Join Alison every Monday morning at 9.30am for a journey of discovery into the world of Chinese medicine. Get to know the simplicities of this ancient practice, and how it still applies to modern day life. Learn some practical steps for living life in a harmonious and balanced way. A different topic each week, including: acupressure, nutrition, yang sheng, insomnia, emotional wellbeing, and much, much more. 

This Monday, 18th May, we are taking a light-hearted look at facial acupressure and massage for rejuvenation. This link will automatically sent out to you once you have subscribed to the week’s practices

8.15pm to 9.15pm – Restorative Yoga for Ease into Sleep – (PJ’s optional)

For this session you will need, A firm cushion/bolster, 2 or 3 Pillows or big cushions, blanket, rolled bath towels, or small rolled towels, an eye cover….and anything else to make you comfortable…..


Friday 22nd May – 9.30am to 10.15am – Morning Movement & Meditation
