Jayne’s yoga and meditation sessions have changed my life. In the past year I started yoga, and more recently attended Jayne’s meditation course. Her passion and warm welcome will put you at ease if you are unsure like I was. Despite the current circumstances, she has moved the sessions online and I am so grateful as I would have missed attending her practices. It is like a community and Jayne helps to bring us all together with shared love for yoga and meditation. Chloe P

For several years now I have regularly attended Jayne’s yoga sessions at the wonderful Mindfulofbeing Centre and these have been the best I have ever done. I find the sessions enjoyable and relaxing, whilst, at the same time, my health Improves both physically and mentally.

Have loved being able to join you for so many different sessions of ..yoga , meditation, mindfullness. Although in lockdown the weeks have flown by being a part of your groups ,
and monday mornings are always a.joy to look forward to. feel I was having a retreat at home. Annette

I found yoga many moons ago, but for many reasons I was never able to develop my practice I as I felt I wanted to.
Thus I became a lapsed frustrated yogini.
Then, after many years searching, and troubled period in my life, I happened upon a tiny ad in our local community paper.
Mindful of Being.
It was everything I was looking for and so so much more. The perspective on my world changed forever.
Mindful of Being has empowered me to explore and develop aspects that I’d always wanted to practice in my life. I will never look back .

Being able to continue my yoga sessions with Jayne via Zoom during “Lockdown “has been so beneficial. It has given me a focus each day and contact with others in the group.
Having had two hip replacements within the last two years, Jayne has helped me regain my flexibility and taught me ways of strengthening the joints in a gentle but very effective way.
Jayne’s manner and soothing,gentle voice makes for a very special Savasana ?♀️ Jenny
