Come and immerse yourself in the yogic sleep known as Yoga Nidra induced by a guided meditation. This stress reduction method not only relaxes the body but also causes the brain waves to slow down. Emotions and fatigue can greatly be reduced through this practice and a more mindful balance will be achieved.
The two hours will include an opportunity for contemplation, discussion and to share some afternoon tea and vegan sweet treats together!
