Monday
06, 13, 20 July – yoga and yoga nidra – 10am to 11.30am and 2pm to 3pm gentle yoga

Tuesdays
07, 14, 21 July-  mixed ability yoga – 6pm to 7pm

Wednesdays
01, 08, 15 July –  mixed ability yoga – 7.15pm to 8.30pm

Thursdays
02, 09, 16 July – mixed ability yoga – 10am to 11am and 6.45pm to 8.15pm mixed ability yoga and yoga nidra
