03, 10, 17 June – 10am to 11.30am mum and baby yoga and mixed ability yoga – 7.15pm to 8.30pm
Thursdays
04, 11, 18 June – mixed ability yoga – 10am to 11am and 6.45pm to 8.15pm mixed ability yoga and yoga nidra
Saturdays – 06 and 13 June – mixed yoga – 10.30am to 11.30am
